  Pay full price for a dry, reheated slice. Pizzas: Dough is thick and bread like, prepared in a factory off site. Their "thin" crust pizzas are merely pita bread with pizza toppings. Sauce from a can/bag, wax-like cheese, and toppings that taste like they've been in a plastic bag for 6 months. All other food options on their menu are little more than cheap frozen dinners, reheated instore and served to you in another box. Pizza pizza is good for nothing more than to appease drunk people and hungry children. PROTIP: Support your local independent pizza shop.

  This place provides the absolute worst customer service. I have ordered from them multiple times and every time there has been something wrong with the order. Here are the two most recent ones. Placed my order online for pick up, 20 minutes later I go to pick up the pizza and walk past someone walking out of the restaurant. They had just given my order to that customer... I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order and they refused to do anything for me even though it was their fault. I get people make mistakes but there are opportunity to fix those mistakes and keep customers. The most recent time, I ordered my pizza/wings online through the app. The app gives a countdown timer of "40 minutes or its free" placed the order shortly after 9, I kept checking my phone periodically to see how much time is left and saw the timer go from 1 minute to 0, less than a minute the doorbell rang. I showed the delivery driver the phone with it saying 0 and he refused to honor it saying he had another 10minutes, even though he was looking directly at the phone with the app running. He calls customer service and they also claim I submitted order 10minutes after of when I actually submitted it. If that had actually been the case why did my phone run out of time? The delivery driver informed me "Not to use the app because it is not accurate" what? and also claimed that their restaurant didn't do 40 minutes or its free at first. They ended up taking the pizza back and told me to call customer service myself. After talking to customer service and being put on hold and escalating the issue, I was able to talk to a "manager" after speaking with him, he agreed the pizza would be free and it would be arriving in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later my pizza arrives. A cold, squashed pizza and dried out wings, it was the same pizza i had ordered 2 hours prior. I've never met a company who flat out refuses to honor a program they have in place when a customers SHOWS them on THEIR app that the time ran out. If your computer system submitted it 10 minutes after that is not my fault.
